The WorkoutChick Personal Training philosophy is:

I strongly believe in individualized programs, tailored to your fitness level, your goals, AND your personality. Don't come expecting to coast. I work hard for my clients, and they work even harder for me!

You will receive:
  • An extensive consultation to identify any risks and set appropriate goals
  • Analysis of cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility
  • Body composition and circumference measurements for benchmark identification
  • Balanced nutrition information
  • A plan customized to your particular abilities, goals, health status, and available time

One-on-one Personal Fitness Training:
  • $65 per one hour session
  • $40 per half hour session
Team Personal Fitness Training (2-3 people):
  • 2 Partner Sessions: $40 /each person
  • 3 Partner Sessions: $35 /each person

(Payments are debited from a prepaid account based on attendance.)
