Tired of heading into that sweaty indoor gym on a beautiful FALL day? You don't have to! Open Air Fitness blends the exhilaration of being under an open sky and on varied terrain, with a unique and challenging total body workout you won't find anywhere else.

Open Air Fitness - a fresh approach to total body conditioning. It blends the exhilaration of being outdoors in any environment, on any terrain, with traditional fitness exercises and techniques.

Open Air Fitness is an exhilarating al-fresco workout experience for body and mind. The program is based on the idea that humans have a deep affinity with nature, so training in the outdoors yields a sense of well-being. This one-of-a-kind workout will strengthen your body, sharpen your mind, and revolutionize your commitment to fitness. IT WILL GET YOU RESULTS!

Exercise opportunities will be available 2-3 days per week, for 75 minutes. Workouts take place in a variety of Charlotte locations - from urban uptown settings to suburban park trails, even nearby mountaintops!

In each 75-minute session you will:
  • Experience an effective and rewarding workout
  • Burn 500-800 calories
  • Burn fat
  • Strengthen your cardiovascular system
  • Tone and strengthen all your muscle groups
  • Improve your balance and agility
  • Gain flexibility and range of motion
  • Sharpen your mental focus
  • Feel calmer, more relaxed and invigorated
Special Introductory Fees! Per session:
  • 5 or more people: $12 per person
  • 3 or 4 people: $20 per person
  • If you love the outdoors but would prefer the privacy of Personal Training, we have the program for you. You can experience Open Air Fitness in a beautiful park setting or in your own backyard!
Per session:
  • 1 person: $60 per person
  • 2 people: $30 per person
